Episode 6: Evidence Re-Examined

It's been five years since Clemente Aguirre-Jarquin's conviction and death-row sentence. When a shocking and flagrant act comes to light, it will cast doubt on the entire case and present the opportunity for Clemente to fight back. While Clemente takes steps to overturn his convictions and sentencing, the U.S. legal system is not so easily swayed. Evidence collected in the week following the murders is examined for the first time, and Clemente will put his hopes in a new ally that is not only focused on proving his innocence, but on saving his life.
